ProAm is not just Sports Medicine; we are a cash pay Primary Care practice that is not dictated by insurance companies, our priority is your health and providing you, the patient, with extensive treatment options to include traditional medicine with a holistic approach to primary care, giving health conscious and athletic patients a natural alternative to prescribed medication for injury, illness, and improved health.
ProAm practices holistic medicine with an emphasis on the physical well-being and balance of the body's systems and mechanics to include OMT. (Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment) which is a more advanced version of chiropractic that includes the balance of the musculoskeletal system and internal organs.
Through our extensive experience of providing medical treatment and care to Combat Sport athletes, ProAm’s evaluation and treatment of concussion and TBI is second to none. Our extensive concussion evaluations and protocols are developed to ensure the proper diagnoses and level of treatment is received.
ProAm also manages the use of cannabis as well as cannabinoids for pain management and the treatment of multiple disease processes. For a monthly fee starting at $100 ProAm’s Cash Pay Patient Membership includes:

There are no enrollment fees. Patients will be charged on a bi-monthly basis on a pre authorized bank/credit card. Additional treatment costs will be due at the time of service. Membership can be cancelled for any reason without prior notice

ProAm is equally committed to injury prevention, performance improvement, and optimal health through science and medicine. We have assembled extensive and effective resources with an emphasis on recovery and optimal health so that you can perform at sport, work, and play at your very best. We are continuously evaluating new resources and techniques so that we can provide our patients with the very best care.
ProAm has partnered with Designs For Health to create sport and lifestyle specific nutrition and supplementation titled, The Program; A group of all-natural supplements that provides athletes and non-athletes of all ages and abilities with a safe alternative to PED’s, Peptides, SARMS, and other dangerous substances.
ProAm provides IV Therapy and vitamin injections under careful medical supervision to include NAD, Meyers Cocktail, Sports Performance, Immune Boost, as well as the ability to perform customized lab panels
Hyperbaric Chamber Oxygen Therapy- Our large, steel hyperbaric chamber allows our physicians to treat at up to 1.5 ATA (7 psi) pressure and oxygen molecules going 400% deeper into your tissue to aid in recovery, injury treatment, and improved cardio output.

Since 2018 ProAm has been the leading authority and provider of state athletic commission required pre fight medicals for fighters and fight promotions. Our extensive nationwide network includes 1000’s of medical providers and resources dedicated to providing our combat sports athletes and fight promotions with expedited exam services, all scheduled and managed by ProAm.
Fighter Examinations are conducted to ALL state athletic commission and governing sport organization requirements, completed on the appropriate forms, by the appropriate physician, in an efficient and cost effective manner. Examinations are scheduled around a fighters training and event schedule. Our pre-negotiated rates ensure the fighter is paying the lowest rates available for the required examinations and receives preferential scheduling consideration.
ProAm manages the medical clearance and licensing process for some of the world's largest fight promotions including Professional Fighter League and Bellator, working in coordination with the promotion, state athletic commission, and fighters/mamangers.

Weight Loss- Under careful medical supervision we prescribe all natural supplements and manage daily dietary needs in addition to prescribing and administering weight loss drugs Semaglutide and Tirezepatide.
Nutrition and Supplementation – Partnered with Designs for Health, we provide our patients with the highest quality, all natural supplements as an alternatives to pharmaceuticals to include lab panels, vitamin injections, and IV therapies, ensuring the body has the proper vitamins and nutrients to function properly and ward off illness.
Hormone Therapy- Aging should not prevent us from performing at our very best and maintaining that competitive edge. Proper diet, exercise, and rest alone are not always enough to slow down the aging process and to feel our best which is why ProAm provides our patients with Hormone Therapy (HT) under careful medical oversight by our physicians to ensure optimal hormone levels are maintained safely. We offer the lab work and extensive treatment options under affordable cash pay rates.
